To ensure legal compliance and the secure processing of bookings, BULA FLIGHTS’ services and the creation of user profiles are restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- Age Restriction for Bookings and Profiles: Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 years, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, are permitted to create a user profile, make bookings, or enter into any contractual agreements for flights or other services on the BULA FLIGHTS Platform.
- Bookings by Adults on Behalf of Minors: An adult (18 years or older) may book flights or other travel services on behalf of accompanying minors. In such cases, the adult making the booking is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the minor(s) is accurate, and that all applicable airline and destination requirements for child travel are met.
- Unaccompanied Minors: While BULA FLIGHTS facilitates bookings for general travel, the specific policies, procedures, and any associated fees for Unaccompanied Minors (children traveling without an adult aged 18 or older) are determined exclusively by the operating airline. The User booking on behalf of an unaccompanied minor is solely responsible for:
- Verifying the specific airline's unaccompanied minor policy, age restrictions, required documentation, and fees prior to booking.
- Complying with all airline and governmental requirements for unaccompanied minor travel.
- BULA FLIGHTS cannot guarantee the availability of unaccompanied minor services for all flights or airlines and recommends direct contact with the airline for such arrangements.
- Violation of Policy: Any attempt by a minor to create a profile or make a booking will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. BULA FLIGHTS reserves the right to cancel any booking made in violation of this policy without notice, and any payments made may be forfeited.
