1. How do I register for a Bula Flights account?
To register, visit: https://www.bulaflights.com/register.php.
Fill in the following details:

- Select messaging apps you use: Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger
- Active Email Address
- Your preferred Password (entered twice to confirm)
2. Can I use the same email or mobile number for multiple accounts?
No. You can only register one account per email and mobile number. Duplicate entries are not allowed.
3. Why do I need to select messaging apps like WhatsApp or Viber?
Bula Flights uses these platforms to contact you in case of account issues or verification needs. Make sure your mobile number is active on at least one of them.
4. What should I know about the email I use?
Your email must be active and able to receive messages, as the OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent there for account verification.
5. What happens after I submit the registration form?
The system checks for errors and verifies if the email or mobile already exists in our system.
- If no issues are found, an OTP is sent to your email.
- You must enter that OTP on the verification page to activate your account.
6. Can I register on one device and verify OTP on another?
No. For security reasons, the OTP will only work on the same device you used to register. Using a different device for verification will result in failure.

1. Do I need an account to use Bula Flights?
No account is required to search or compare flights. However, to book flights, you must be logged in with a registered account.

4. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
- Go to: https://www.bulaflights.com/forgot_password.php
- Enter your registered email to receive a One-Time Password (OTP)
- You will receive an email titled "Reset Your Password - Bula Flights" with the OTP
- Verify the OTP at: https://www.bulaflights.com/verify_reset_otp.php
- Once verified, set a new password here: https://www.bulaflights.com/reset_password.php
5. Can I use a different device to reset my password?
No. For security reasons, the OTP will only work on the same device you used to request the reset. Switching devices will result in OTP failure.

2. Can I book domestic flights within Fiji on Bula Flights?
Yes, Bula Flights offers both domestic and international flight options. You can book flights from major airports from Fiji to all international airports.
3. Can I book one-way tickets or multi-city trips?
Yes, Bula Flights allows you to book one-way and round-trip.
4. Do you offer last-minute flight bookings?
Yes, you can book same-day or last-minute flights depending on airline availability and flight time. We recommend booking as early as possible to get the best fares.
5. Can I book flights for someone else?
Yes, you can book tickets for another person. Be sure to enter their full legal name and travel details exactly as shown on their passport or ID.
B. Flight Options & Flexibility
1. Which airlines can I book through Bula Flights?
We partner with major airlines serving Fiji and South Pacific Destinations, including Fiji Airways, Qantas, Air New Zealand, Virgin Australia, and more.
2. Can I book flights for a group or family?
Yes, you can book flights for multiple passengers in one transaction. For groups larger than 9 people, please contact our support team for assistance and possible group discounts.
3. Can I book flights with layovers or stopovers?
Yes, our search tool will show flights with layovers if nonstop options are unavailable.
Ticketing, Confirmation, and Check-In
1. How will I receive my flight ticket?
Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during booking. This can be also viewed under Manage Your Booking.
2. What should I do if I don’t receive my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact our customer service with your name and booking details, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
3. Can I check in online for my flight using Bula Flights?
Only airlines’ websites are authorised for online check-in.
4. How do I know my payment was successful?
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and ticket details. If you don’t receive it, contact us immediately.
Payment and Pricing
1. What payment methods do we accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and selected local Fijian payment methods, cash, bank transfers and Mpaisa.
2. Can I hold a reservation and pay later?
Some airlines allow a short hold period for bookings and some required instant full payment depend on the promotion. This option, if available, will be shown during the booking process. Otherwise, full payment is required to confirm your seat.
3. What currencies can I pay in?
Our website primarily accepts payments in Fijian Dollars (FJD). However, international cards may be charged in your local currency based on your bank’s exchange rate.
4. Can I see flight prices in my local currency?
We currently display prices in FJD. Your credit card provider may apply an exchange rate during checkout.
Flight Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
1. Can I change or cancel my flight after booking?
Yes, but flight change, and cancellation policies depend on the airline and the type of ticket you purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance.
2. What if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight, airline policies vary. Some may allow rebooking for a fee, while others treat it as a no-show with no refund. Contact our support team or the airline immediately for assistance.
3. What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Check your email for airline updates. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, contact the airline or our support team to explore rebooking options.
4. How can I get a refund if I cancel my flight?
Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules of your ticket. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others allow refunds with a fee. Contact us to check your options.
5. What should I do if I made a mistake during booking?
Contact our support team immediately. Minor errors can sometimes be corrected at no charge but changes must be made before the airline issues the ticket.

1. Do I need a visa for my destination?
Visa requirements vary depending on your destination and nationality. We highly recommend checking with our expert consultant to guide you through visas.
2. Can I request special meals or assistance?
Yes! Bula flights does allow this during booking process.
3. How do I make changes to my passenger details?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible. Some corrections (like minor name spelling errors) may be allowed, while others (like full name changes) might require ticket reissuance or rebooking.
4. What travel documents do I need to fly internationally?
You’ll need a valid passport and possibly a visa depending on your destination. Some countries also require proof of onward travel, vaccination records, or travel insurance.

1. Is it safe to book flights on Bula Flights?
Absolutely. Bula Flights uses secure encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.
2. Can I earn frequent flyer miles with my booking?
Yes, if the airline offers a frequent flyer program, you can enter your loyalty number during the booking process to earn miles.
3. Does Bula Flights offer travel insurance?

4. Does Bula Flights offer package deals (flight + hotel)?
Currently, we specialize in flight bookings. However, we’re working on expanding our services to include hotel and travel packages. Stay tuned!
5. Do you offer support outside business hours?
Bula Flights’ staff works default business hours in Fiji. For booking and travel issues outside business hours, please contact us on our support line.
6. Can I use Bula Flights on my mobile phone?
Yes, our website is fully mobile-friendly. You can search, book, and manage flights directly from your smartphone or tablet.
7. How early should I arrive at the airport?
For international flights, we recommend arriving at least 3 hours before departure. For domestic flights within Fiji, arrive 1.5 hours in advance.
8. What is the baggage allowance for my flight?
