Once you have created your profile and are ready to book, you can simply upload a clear image of the front and back of your passport. Our advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology will then get to work. This smart technology reads the text on your passport and automatically populates the required fields for you, including your name, passport number, and expiry date.
Once the details are filled in, you will be prompted to cross-check and approve the information. This gives you full control and ensures that the details are 100% accurate before you proceed. Of course, for those who prefer it, the option to manually enter your passport details is still available.
For Returning Customers: The ‘Existing Flyers’ Advantage
One of the greatest conveniences of our new feature is for our returning customers. We know how frustrating it is to re-enter the same information for every trip.
That's why Bula Flights now offers the added convenience of 'Existing Flyers'. Once you have used your passport for one booking with us, your details are securely saved to your profile.
