Terms & Conditions

By participating in this promotion and/or accepting a Bula Flights gift card, the participant (“Winner”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Prize

• The gift card is awarded by Bula Flights, a brand operated by Lodhia’s Travel Services PTE Ltd.

• The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other benefits.

• Acceptance of the prize constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Mandatory Winner Verification

• Winners must provide accurate personal details, including Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number, for verification purposes.

• Failure to provide valid or accurate information may result in disqualification.

3. Mandatory Photo & Media Requirement (Condition of Prize)

• All winners are REQUIRED to have their photograph and/or video taken at the time of prize collection or presentation.

• The photograph or video must clearly include:

  • The winner

  • The gift card

  • The winner’s name as announced

• This requirement is a strict condition of receiving the gift card.

• If a winner refuses to participate in the photo/video capture or refuses consent for its use, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Mandatory Media Release & Promotional Use

• The winner’s name and photograph will be used in current and future marketing and promotional activities conducted by Bula Flights.

• By accepting the gift card, the winner irrevocably grants permission for their:

  • Name

  • Photograph(s)

  • Video footage

  • Likeness

  • Voice (if applicable)

• These may be used across social media, website content, print, digital advertising, promotional videos, and email campaigns, without limitation.

• Usage rights are worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and without any additional compensation beyond the gift card itself.

5. Prize Collection & Delivery

• The gift card will be presented to the winner at the Bula Flights office in Suva.

• If the winner is unable to attend in person, the gift card will be posted to the winner’s Fiji postal address only.

• No international delivery or third-party collection is permitted.

6. Ownership of Content

• All photos, videos, and promotional materials created or captured by Bula Flights remain the exclusive property of Bula Flights.

• Bula Flights may edit, reproduce, publish, adapt, or distribute this content at its discretion.

• Winners have no ownership rights over any promotional material created.

7. No Future Claims

• Winners waive any right to:

  • Inspect or approve marketing materials

  • Claim compensation, royalties, or benefits

  • Make claims relating to privacy, publicity, or promotional usage

• Once the gift card is accepted, the prize is final.

8. Supersession of Prior Agreements

• These Terms & Conditions supersede and replace all previous gift card agreements, media releases, or related understandings between the winner and Bula Flights relating to this promotion.

9. Final Decision & Disqualification

• Bula Flights reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions

  • Refuses mandatory photo/media participation

  • Provides false or misleading information

• Management’s decision is final and cannot be challenged or contested.

Bula Flights does not have power, authority, influence, or involvement in the assessment, decision-making, or processing of any destination's holiday/tourist visa. The approval or refusal of a visa is entirely at the sole discretion of the appointed visa officer. Bula Flights shall not be held responsible or liable for any visa refusal, delay, additional document request, or decision made by the department of home affairs.
