Promotion Overview
Customers receive FJ$30 cashback on visa service fees after visa approval, booking, payment, and ticketing of an international flight through Bula Flights.
Eligibility
- The visa application lodgment, together with all applicable fees, must be paid through Bula Flights.
- International Flight must be booked, paid & ticketed after visa approval.
- Same customer name must be used for Visa and flight booking.
- Cashback applies per visa service fee.
Cashback Details
- Applies only to Bula Flights visa service fee and international ticketing.
- Excludes embassy, biometric, courier, third-party and any other applicable fees.
- Issued after payment via method determined by Bula Flights.
- Non-transferable and not redeemable beyond value.
Payment & Booking of Visa & Flights
- Full payment required to confirm visa lodgment and flight booking.
- Flight prices and availability subject to change without prior notice until confirmed.
- Airline, supplier and embassy terms apply.
Promotion Process
- Customer applies for visa lodgment through Bula Flights.
- Customer books flight and tickets with Bula Flights.
- Cashback only issued once customers Visa has been granted and international flight is booked, paid and ticketed.
Exclusions
Not valid for third-party bookings, mismatched names, cancellations, or incomplete applications.
Refunds & Visa Outcomes
- Visa service fee and all applicable fees are non-refundable once lodged.
- Cashback forfeited if visa refused or booking cancelled.
Media Release Consent
Customers agree to the following:
- To allow Bula Flights to take photographs and/or videos during the cashback collection process; and
- To permit the use of their name, image, video, and any related media by Bula Flights for promotional, advertising, social media, print, or digital marketing purposes, without limitation.
Ownership of Media
- All photographs, videos, and promotional materials captured or produced by Bula Flights shall remain in the property of Bula Flights.
- By participating, customers acknowledge and agree that they will not claim ownership, compensation, royalties, or any future benefits arising from the use of such materials.
- Bula Flights may, at its discretion, edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute these materials for promotional or related purposes.
Disclaimer & Liability
- Bula Flights provides visa assistance services to guide Fijians with preparing and submitting documentation.
- All visa applications are assessed solely by the relevant embassies.
- Bula Flights has no authority or involvement in visa decisions, which remain at the discretion of embassy.
- Bula Flights shall not be liable for any refusal, delay, additional document requests, or outcomes determined by embassies.
Misuse
- Bula Flights may refuse or cancel cashback in cases of suspected misuse or criminal activity.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.

The approval or refusal of a visa is entirely at the sole discretion of the appointed visa officer. Bula Flights shall not be held responsible or liable for any visa refusal, delay, additional document request, or decision made by the department of home affairs.
